DDC-226 “Sabbath Draplin Sabbath” Torso Cover
DDC-226 “Sabbath Draplin Sabbath” Torso Cover
Product Description:
Okay, okay…just chill out. Sure, this torso cover was HEAVILY influenced by that classic Black Sabbath “Master of Reality” cover, but it was also inspired by weirdo/occult/hippie/bad acid trip bullshit out of old biker mags and grainy counter-culture documentaries. Just getting weird with things. Weird enough to step to “purple” with no shame. These needed it. Hell froze over. Purple, it is. Anyhoo, the world is a weird place. Right? Wrong? Heaven? Hell? Magic? Black magic? Good? Bad? Wizards? Sorcerers? All of the above.
No one really knows what the fuck is really going on. Just go with it.
And my mind drifts to my favorite Jerry Garcia quote, right around the time all the shit went down at Altamont: “All this good needs a little bit of evil, you know?” Or something like that. Turns out he was defending the Hell’s Angels precarious presence around the Dead in the early ’70s. That one always stuck with me in a weird, little way.
Who knows. I sure don’t. Get dark with us…just a little bit.
