Goonies Never Say Die!

Watched The Goonies late last night and laughed out loud, just like I did when I first saw the thing back in ‘85. So good.

Chunk, all grown up, slim and trim, 22 years later.

Josh Nelson sends in a link that basically turns our design book collection upsdie down: Goddammit. Some desirable items in there, if I don’t say so myself. Man, some pretty hefty pricetags, too.

ONE LAST TIME:

Holi-daze cards. Printed a mountain of the things over the weekend, and will send our yearly pile out to all the good people on our list real soon. We’ve got a bunch left over too, so, if you’ve been a good elf all year long and would like one, send us yer address and we’ll ship one out. (Send it to “draplin(at)draplin(dot)com.)

A monster-ass pile went out yesterday. Season’s Greetings, people. Really.

I must of watched this movie a hundred times. I always wanted to be the kid with the gadgets. Great stuff. ‘One-Eyed Willie’ takes on new meaning in my adult life.

Draplinā€“

It’s hillarious to see No Country for Old Men star Josh Brolin hamming it up as the “tough big brother goonie” Good times. One of the first big “Oregon” movies. Good times.
