More proof, people. Here’s the first couple placement from the 2009-2010 Union Binding Co. Ad Campaign. Made in conjunction with a whole mess of folks. George wrangled the riders, Mark Welsh shot the portraits, Kip assisted, I dreamed ‘em up and Martino signed off on ‘em. A team effort! They are out there in the first couple shred mags hitting the stands right now, firing up riders for the upcoming winter.

So if you were wondering, the ads above, and yesterday are how I make a living, and ultimately avoid a young death at the hands of poverty, starvation and/or no reasons left to keep going.

There you go. Thank you, Union Binding Company, you big, high-tensile bastard. Much appreciated.

THANK YOU, MR. MUSTACHE GUY: This is where a lot of this stuff got started for me! Secret City! Mark Kistler was the guy’s name. Anyone know whatever happened to him?

Alas, the answers: Mark Kistler, 25 years later.
