As promised, here’s 40 color views from our amazing afternoon at the Las Vegas Sign Graveyards a couple days back. Special thanks to Kellie Talbot for making it happen. Bravo, girl, bravo.

(And remember to use our sorta-patented, “click-on-the-image-to-close-it” slick-ass web code. Real futuristic.)

Jesus Christ, what hallowed ground! Amazing set of pics, I dug every single one. Especially like the colors on #19, the optimism of #21, the chiseled features and licorice-whip hair of #27 and the earnest simplicity of #39. Absolute mastery, the height of the craft from its golden age. They really, really don’t make ‘em like this anymore, most of these signmen are probably either gone or fading into senility, makes me think of Uno, KY in a way. Anyway, great stuff, thanks a lot for sharing it. Wow.

That Golden Nugget sign (no. 19) really did it for me. Thanks for sharing.

amazing set man. Place looks like a melting pot of times forgotten. It’s great to know that there’s a place they keep them all and they’re not just ground up and made into cars that look like electric shavers. Thanks for spreading them around, they’re an inspiration. Makes me want to go to vegas.

Those are really incredible! Where exactly is this graveyard located? Can anyone enter it? Does it cost to get in?

Wonderful internet site! I uncovered the item on Draplin Design Co.: The Sign Graveyard whilst surfing around on Msn News. Appreciate it
