Better days ahead! Lego room, archive/library room, ‘pooter room- keep it all seperate from the sleeping and eating areas. Can’t wait for the picture of you, barefoot in sweatpants with some iced tea, sitting on that porch freelancing with your iBook.

Great Investment…..such a cute place…..you just need a few flamingos and several of dad’s birdhouses to make it feel like home.

Can’t wait to come out and see it! I could fill a U-haul with the stuff you left here…..maybe I should rent one and take a road trip….

That’s great. In other news: The bartender accepted my offer for an ice cold beer last night. I was very happy to close.

Way to go Aaron. Make sure to pick the biggest room in the house to use as your home office for a tax write off. Knock a wall out if you need to. We are stoked for you and your newest purchase. Congrats.

Mighty respectable abode. Congratulations!

When do I move in?

Nice crib! Nice PORCH! (not stoop) I know I am not huge but I can lift a solid 20lbs. a block or two. Call me if you need some muscle.

no CCClosing costs…

in esCCCrow…

now all you need is some toilet paper for the bathroom and you’ll be taking craps in YOUR OWN bathroom. Nobody will own that bathroom except you, my friend. Low monthly payments. Beautiful bathroom. Nice toilet.

“Unbelievable flushes. It takes down everything. Never clogs.”

“Like eight gallons per flush.”
